Role Summary:
- Develop and maintain ongoing mastery of BuyEfficient Platform and other BE technologies
- Answer and assist with customer support calls and emails with responsiveness, timeliness and courtesy
- Identify challenges and concerns from customers, elevate if necessary
- Assist with various company projects
- Assist with accounting functions as assigned
- Develop and maintain ongoing knowledge of BuyEfficient vendor programs
- Monitor and maintain EDI accounts
- Support Account Representatives in building customer profiles
- Support Account Managers with specified accounts to meet business development goals
- Maintain on-going knowledge of BuyEfficient vendor programs
- Welcome Packets sent to new members
- Assist in Collection efforts
- Provide weekend support when required
- Assist purchasing with reporting processes
- Assist in account collections efforts

- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills to all levels.
- Team player that will take the initiative to get things done
- Excellent computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hospitality purchasing and/or Food & Beverage experience
- Understanding of supply management within the hotel industry
- Must be flexible, detail oriented and possess strong interpersonal skills
Education and Experience:
- 2 plus years of general hospitality experience

Role Summary:
- Develop and maintain executive level relationships with various personnel of assigned management groups
- Initiate review of monthly spend penetration metrics with companies; formulate, implement and manage plans to optimize active participation in BuyEfficient
- Participate in annual and regional meetings of management companies to provide on-going education and account penetration
- Conduct on-site and on-line training sessions
- Manage and provide launch of property additions to assigned existing management companies
- Identify root causes for not reaching spend potential with management companies and individual hotels

- Maintain ongoing knowledge of BuyEfficient technology, vendor programs, CRM and other BE technologies

Role Summary:
Perform tasks as described:
- Platform Maintenance
- Catalog Creation/Updates/Refreshes
- Training suppliers on PO retrieval process
- SYSCO weekly product replacements
- Catalog image population
- Creating/Updating all vendor program summaries(tear sheets)
- Updating Weekly Market Reports for Dashboard
- In House Rebate Management
- Managing/Tracking/Collecting supplier & manufacture rebates
- Maintain database that includes all rebates with manufacturers
- Market Basket Analysis Functions
- Managing Market Basket Timeline
- Performing analysis as assigned
- Maintaining Market Basket Historical Timeline
- Maintaining database of Market Basket high loss items for consideration in negotiating stronger programs
- Sales Report Collection
- Collecting reports in timely manner from vendors
- Utilizing internal report manager reports to identify gaps in reporting
- Interface with suppliers to ensure all properties are linked and reported
Collaborate and assist Purchasing Manager in implementing all initiatives and directives set by Director of Purchasing
Core Competencies:
- Proficient with Internet applications
- High Microsoft Office proficiency. Must be able to develop detailed worksheets and analysis by utilizing advanced features of Excel
- Team player with demonstrated financial analysis experience
- Knowledge of fundamental purchasing procedures
- General knowledge of hospitality product categories (Food, Engineering, Rooms, etc.)
- Ability to maintain detailed & accurate purchasing records
- Ensure duties are performed in a timely & accurate manner
- Ability to develop interpersonal relationships with industry partners

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or BA/BS Degree or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 2 years analyst experience required
- Hospitality purchasing knowledge preferred

Role Summary:
- Secure new Member accounts with focus on medium to large accounts and large independent hotels within guidelines of development fees and transactions fees. Through C level relationships identify new Members key business objectives to drive successful launch and participation ramp-up for post year one “handoff” to Corporate Member support (currently Account Management).
- Based on assigned Spend Penetration initiatives increase current Member account(s) to optimal 80%+ optimal level of participation. Leverage internal resources as identified to help achieve optimal level of participation for both new Members signed, and Spend Penetration Initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Core Competencies:
- Through leads, networking, cold calling, and the Magnet Mail tool, the ability to engage Member at C level in trusting relationship through strategic selling.
- Complete aptitude for utilizing sales presentation materials and sales analytical tools (e.g., Web demo, Master Presentation, email tools, QWS, Market Basket/results, PAR Analysis, PAR Reporting, etc.) to drive sales process and create new Member value for closings.
- Proven ability to collaborate with Member at appropriate levels to determine and develop key objectives/goals for account success.
- Capacity to identify, coordinate and drive “project plan” tied to all facets of ramp-up of new Member Accounts and Spend Penetration initiatives.
- Capability to effectively engage and manage internal resources in positive “team” environment to support new Member and Spend Penetration Initiatives.
- Willingness to work solely through internal hierarchy to complete tasks and develop viable solutions for issues and opportunities tied to managing all facets of role.
