Role Summary:
- Requires 80% Travel
- Responsible time travel management and associated expenses
- Responsible for set up of all aspects of new accounts
- Conduct on-site and on-line training sessions, realize acceptance of BE technology evidenced by forecasted spend goals
- Facilitate presentations and provide on-going education & assistance to accounts
- Initiate personal visits to drive spend and compliance for assigned area properties
- Maximize spend through documented plans and actions
- Review quarterly spend penetration metrics with growth accounts
- Assist with various companywide projects
- Maintain on going knowledge of BuyEfficient technology, vendor programs, CRM and other BE technologies
- Support strategic account manager with specified accounts to meet business development goals
- Identify challenges and concerns from customers, elevate if necessary
- Responsible for compliance and spend for assigned hotels.
- Assist in account collections efforts
