B.E. Support Team – B.E.’s support team is comprised of Hospitality professionals who understand how important it is for hoteliers to have time enough time available to run their hotel operations, and optimize the guest experience.

  • B.E. Account Representatives – B.E. AR’s are focused on educating our Members on the best utilization of the B.E. Purchasing System, and the B.E. Supplier network.

    • Ongoing Support and Training – Once a Member is thoroughly trained on the use of the Purchasing System, B.E. Account Representatives continue to provide ongoing support for corporate users, property General Managers and departmental users.
      • Property Scorecards – A detailed scorecard measuring B.E. Supplier participation, estimated savings achieved, and system utilization for a given period.  The scorecard also rates a property’s success factoring these attributes, and other important factors like rebates earned. 
  • B.E. Member Services – Whether assisting on something simple like providing a user name or password or needing assistance sourcing an item, B.E. Member Services is there to help.  Each Member Service representative is dedicated to providing B.E. Members with ongoing best-in-class support for a variety of day-to-day needs and issue resolution.
